Getting Pregnant
Getting pregnant is something that a lot of couples think will be easy. Once you have decided to have a child, it is tempting to think that you will easily get pregnant and within a year will have a baby. Unfortunately, it is not as easy as that. Some women seem to be able to get pregnant very easily but for others it can take time and sometimes there is no medical explanation for that.
The woman has only one day a month when she is able to conceive and it can be quite hard to determine which day that actually is. Some woman get warning signs such as a mild stomach pain, when they ovulate and others notice a raw egg white type discharge, but others get no signs at all. If you are having trouble getting pregnant then it might be a good idea to get an ovulation test kit, which should help you get an idea of when you ovulate.
It is also wise to try to conceive every 3 days, because sperm remains mobile for 3 days inside the woman’s body so this should increase the odds of getting pregnant. The most important thing is to try to have fun and do not get stressed about it. Expect to have to wait a while and if you are still having difficulties after two years then seek medical help as there are plenty of ways to increase your chances of conceiving even if you have no medical problems in this area.
